Adrian Castro brings exceptional leadership skills from his successful tenure at Yuma Regional Medical Center with a proven track record of optimizing operations for Ophthalmology, Urology, and General Surgery Clinics. Adrian excels in streamlining workflows and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and organizational performance. At NextCare, where he spent a significant part of his professional journey, Adrian held key leadership roles, overseeing growth, integration of multiple locations, and achieving exceptional patient satisfaction scores while reducing turnover rates.

Adrian's academic achievements are equally impressive, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Diploma in Practical Technician in Radiology from The Bryman School of Phoenix. He is currently pursuing Practical Improvement Science in Health Care from HarvardX-Harvard University, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
