  • Expanded the M&A funnel from 4 to 13, completing due diligence on 8 targets. Led the deal process for two $1B+ transactions, which were ultimately not pursued for strategic reasons.


  • Played a key role in establishing an independent $800M operating company, leading critical initiatives and strategic decisions for its successful launch and growth.
