Iliriana Sela Named Senior Director, Specialty Programs

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare services leadership, Iliriana believes her experience, strategic mindset, leadership skills, speed orientation, and commitment to excellence equip her to successfully lead ARSA's specialty programs.

The Advanced Reconstruction Surgery Alliance (ARSA) works with unaffiliated specialist cosmetic and reconstructive medical professionals to ensure their businesses grow and thrive. ARSA enables reconstructive and plastic surgery practices to focus on their patients' success, helping clients connect directly with the best surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals.

Prior to joining ARSA, Iliriana served as Director of Clinical Services – Intensive Case Management at Private Health Management. She was responsible for providing a concierge level of care, identifying top doctors, and offering navigation and support for clients with complex medical situations.

Iliriana holds an MBA in Business Administration and Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College. She also holds a Physician Assistant Certificate from Wagner College/Staten Island University Hospital and a BS in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College.
