Jeff Rubin Named VP, Business Development & Sales




The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 40 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Jeff Rubin as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Unified Health Services with over 20 years of experience in leadership and healthcare sales. His extensive experience working with healthcare providers and his consultative sales approach will help UHS continue to provide exceptional value and innovative solutions to its clients.


Unified Health Services (UHS) was founded in 1997 and has risen to the forefront of offering innovative technology and service solutions that improve financial results for hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and health system providers throughout the United States by elevating cash flow from Complex Claims. UHS is dedicated to forging enduring partnerships based on trust and integrity, with a team committed to providing transparent services, meticulously tailored to meet their clients' unique requirements.


Prior to joining UHS, Jeff was Vice President of Client Services for the Southeast territory at EnableComp, responsible for overseeing all phases of sales for complex claims revenue cycle services, including Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Affairs (VA), Motor Vehicle Accidents/Third-Party Liability (MVA/TPL), and Out-of-State Medicaid.


Jeff holds a BS, Business Administration from Florida State University. He is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and currently sitting on the Northern Florida Education Committee.
