In his previous role at LucidHealth, Jim oversaw a team of 6 Directors and was responsible for the technical infrastructure delivering care through 10 Radiology subspecialties across Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, and Connecticut. He managed operations for 60+ hospitals, 15 health systems, and 400+ physicians, overseeing the reading of over 3.5 million studies annually.
As a strategic leader and integral member of the executive team, Jim provides valuable insight on new and existing technical product offerings. He has successfully implemented frameworks to standardize, stabilize, and optimize operational support, with direct ownership of the PMO, service desk, infrastructure, network management, and integrations.
Jim forged key partnerships with radiology practice presidents, peers, and stakeholders, achieving strategic goals. His negotiation and implementation of year-over-year cost savings and a $5 million+ managed services agreement showcase his commitment to best-in-class operations. Interacting with physicians, Jim provides technical insight, engages with practice managers to address challenges, and gathers the voice of the physician. His M&A expertise is evident in acquisitions, technical integrations, and de novo growth of imaging centers, focusing on fortifying infrastructure and implementing a comprehensive security program.
Jim holds an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Franklin University and a BS in Computer Science from City University, NY.
