By allowing reconstructive and plastic surgery practices to focus on patient care, ARSA facilitates direct connections between clients and top surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals.
Prior to joining ARSA, Joe served as Vice President of People & Culture at Sollis Health, where he built the People & Culture infrastructure, expanding the organization from 135 to 450 employees while leading a team of 14 direct reports. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives, drive employee engagement, and enhance operational efficiency—all of which align with ARSA’s needs.
Joe holds an MBA in Management and Labor Relations and a BA in Sociology from Rutgers University. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
