She provided direct oversight for managed care contracting functions, centralized business office, and Health Information Management (HIM) departments, overseeing 145 direct reports and reporting directly to the CFO. Under her guidance, Brooks Rehabilitation achieved significant milestones, including effective bargaining of substantial rate increases, consolidation of the HIM department, and execution of the revenue cycle centralization plan. Sabrina also played a pivotal role in implementing a price transparency model on the patient portal and public website.
Sabrina's prior experience at Mission Health System/HCA Healthcare in Asheville, NC, further highlights her remarkable leadership. In her role as Executive Director of Patient Financial Services/Provider Enrollment, she oversaw the integration of revenue functions across a complex healthcare system, optimizing operations and driving impressive results. Her accomplishments included significant improvements in cash collections, reduction of days in accounts receivable, and successful negotiation of advantageous contracts with payers.
With an illustrious career spanning over 35 years in revenue cycle management, Sabrina brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.
