P3 Partners, formerly P3 Oral Surgery—or Pluri Potent Partnership, LLC—is an oral surgery service organization based in the Mid-Atlantic region. The organization supports practices with a centralized corporate office based in Charleston, WV. P3 provides business services such as revenue cycle management, purchasing, accounting and finance, marketing, human resources, and IT support. In addition to these services, they manage business processes and systems on behalf of the practices. P3’s support removes administrative burdens from surgeons, enabling them to focus on clinical care. Their mission is to acquire and manage premier medical practices while recruiting and retaining highly skilled surgeons.
Syed has successfully led financial initiatives for organizations ranging from startups to large-scale enterprises, demonstrating proficiency in FP&A, corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining P3 Partners, Syed was CFO for Palm Medical Holding, where he reduced expenses and improved cash collections while professionalizing all verticals.
